1.Cancellation

We only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out.

2.7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Special Notes:

  1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). please send attachments to:lefeel-service@outlook.com.
  2. After LEFELWEL has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, LEFELWELwill refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA , LEFELWEL will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
  3. Product returns must be via one of LEFELWEL's approved shipping methods.
  4. 15 Days Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened or Unused Items

If for some reason you are not happy with the item, just send it back within 15 days after receive the item and get a refund on the price of the item (not cover shipping cost).

We appreciate that circumstances do change, and there will be moments where you want to return an item that you bought from us. Thankfully, you can use our returnspolicy to accomplish this. You can replace an item if it is damaged, altered or not what you thought it was, on the condition that it has not been used. While you’ll be reassured to know that nearly all of our customers are completely happy with their purchases, but there are always going to be an instance or two where people need to make a return.

That’s why we’ve worked to ensure returning an item is quick, easy and above all else a friendly process.

As previously stated, we accept returns on items which have met all of the above criteria. They need to be returned to us in the same condition you received them in, so please bear that in mind. If you do choose to return one of our items, then we need it back within 15 days of you getting the item.
